A generous sized room with comfortable sofa and two armchairs, sideboard and bookcase. It is heated by an electric coal effect fire and night storage heater and has a colour TV/DVD player and music centre. This room overlooks the Park.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with twin beds and generous wardrobe and drawer space. The smaller room has a modern wash basin fitted. There is a hand held hairdryer in each bedroom.
Kitchen/Diner
A separate room, equipped with an electric double oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and ironing equipment together with more than adequate crockery, glassware and utensils.
Bathroom
A combined bathroom/WC with a full sized bath and separate shower cubicle with electric shower, plus wash basin. It has a shaver point and electric towel rail.
